Egg bhaji

Ingredients:- 2-3 boiled egg, 2 cup basan( moong dal flour), salt, oil, lemon juice, turmeric , red chili powder.

cut the boiled egg in two pieces. take a bow add basan, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, water mix it. add boiled egg in it. deep it nicely & fry it. egg bhaji is ready to eat...

Ingredients:- 4 boiled egg, 1 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup coconut flask, 1 tsp ginger past, 10-12 gralic, 2 tomato, oil, salt, malvani garam masala...

        take pan add oil on it. when oil get hot add chopped onion. add coconut flask stir it for sometime. now off the flame. when onion & coconut get cool add garlic- ginger in miser girnder & grined it well. take pan add onion when it cooked nicely add past, malvani masala, turmeric, salt, asoforienda( hing). stir it well add water in it.add boiled egg in the grevy. cook it for 20 min. it is ready to eat....

Spicy egg rassa

Ingredients :-  4egg, 1 cup chooped onion, 1/2 cup coconut flask, 10-12 garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/4 chopped corindar leaves, salt, turmeric, oil.

      For gravy:- 1/4 cup corindar, 4 clove, 4 black paper, 1/2 tsp sauf, 4 cinnamom, 2-3 cardmom, 1 bay leaf, 8-10  red chili powder,1/2 tsp shahajeere.

                       add oil on pan add onion cook it well, when onion get pink. add coconut flask stir it for sometime. now, take all ingredients ( gravy ) & grind it well. take pan add chopped onion in it, when it get cook and gravy past in it. cook it for 10-20 min add turmeric, salt, water when it get boiled add boiled egg in it. cook for few min, turn off flame. decorate with corindar. serve it.

Prawn pickle.

 Ingredients:- 1 cup prawn, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp turmeric,  1 onion, 4 garlic, ginger, oil.

  Take pan add oil in it. add chopped onion, garlic-ginger past cook it. add prawn in pan. cook prawn in low flame for 3-2 min, when it get cook nicely add turmeric, ginger-garlic past, red chili powdar, salt cook it for 5 min off the flame.. prawn pickle is ready..

Chicken shaguti

Ingredients:-  1/2 kg chicken, turmeric, 1 tsp curd, 6 green chili, 8-10 garlic, ginger, 5 onion, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 coconut, 2 tomato, chicken masala, 2 clove, salt.

   wash chicken take ginger, garlic, chili make past of it. add curd& turmeric add chicken in it, live it for 1/2 an hour.. take onion cook it. add tomato, chicken cook it. after 15-20 min add coconut past,  salt, all spicy & water stir it well. cook it in low flame for 10-15 min. your chicken shaguti is ready to eat....

Spicy bangda

 Ingredients:- 3 bangda, coconut flask, 2 green chili fine chopped, 5-7 triphala, 1tsp garam masala, oil, 3-4 amsul.

        take bangda add salt & live it, for 20 min, after 20 min wash it. take coconut flask & fry it and make past of it. take pan add oil on it. add chopped onion cook it till, it get pink. add bangda on it. cook it for 2 min. after 2min  add coconut past, green chili, salt, garam masala, amsul, triphala cook it for 10-12 min.. spicy bangda is ready to eat....

Bangda fish

 Ingredients:- 4-5 medium size bangda fish, medium size coconut, 5 green chili, salt, tamarind, corindar, turmeric, oil, rice flour, banana leaves..

          take all ingredients & make a past of it. wash bangda fish, add salt, turmeric live it for 12-20min, after 20 min.  staff past in bangda, deep bangda in rice four & fry it. ready to eat....

Pomfrent fry ( Papalet fry )

 Ingredients:- 5 pieces of pomfrent, salt, turmeric, tamarind, corinadar powder, oil, rice flour.

                     Take pomfrent add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, corindar powder, tamarind pour mix it well. take pan when oil get hot take pomfrent deep it in rice flour then fry it....pomfrents fry is ready to eat....

Prawn fry

Ingredients:- washed prawn, salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp tamarind, red chili powder, corindar powder, oil, rice flour.

                        Take wash prawn add salt and live it for sometime, after sometime again wash prawn ,add salt, turmeric, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 corindar powder, 1 tsp tamarind pour, mix it, live it for 10-12 min. take fry pan add oil in it. now, take prawn deep it in rice flour then, fry it. prawn get cook. serve it.

Prawn Koshimbir

 Ingredients:- 1 cup small prawn, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup coconut                                    flask, 3 green chili, salt, oil, turmeric.

                      Take pan add oil in it. when oil get hot add turmeric ,onion and cook it for 2 min in medium flame. now, add prawn in it.  also add green chili, salt in it. cook it for 10 min. now add coconut flask stir it for 5 min. after 5min turn off the flame. after it get cool, serve it. your prawn koshimbir it ready to eat.

Prawn bread roll

 Ingredients :- 1 cup prawn medium size, 2-3 green chili, corindar. ginger, 4 garlic, 1/2                                                     lemon, salt, 1 big boiled potato, 1 big onion, oil, 8-9 bread slice, turmeric.

                       first wash prawn, add salt, turmeric & green chili past in prawn and live it for few min. take pan add oil, when oil get hot, add chopped onion in it. when onion get cooked add prawn in it. cook it well. turn off the flame, after it get cool. take 1 cup water add salt in it. add lemon also, in this water mixture add 1 bread slice in it. remove extra water add prawn's mixture in it. make a roll of it, fry it. serve it. your prawn bread roll is ready to eat......

                                            1) Bangali masala 

Ingredients:- 1 tsp black mustard, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black seeds ( kalanji), 1 tsp black paper, 1/2 tsp fenugreck( methi seeds), 1/2 tsp fennel seeds.

 take all ingredients & make powder of it. you can use it to all  type of vegetable.

Rice masala (Indian recipes)

                                                            A) Pulaw masala
 Ingredients:- 5-6 clove. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tbsp shahajeere. 5 bay leaf, 10 black pepper, 2 pieces cinnamom.
  take all ingredients and make a fine powder of it, or you can use all ingredients as it is.

  1)                                            Green chatani 

    Ingredients:- 10 green chili, 1 cup coriandar, 1 cup mint leaves, 8 - 10 ambatchuka bhaji.

               take all ingredients in mixser grinder and add salt , sugar in it. grindet it well, your testy chatani is ready to eat....

    Ingredients :- 1/2 tsp cumin, 10 green chili, curd 

      take pan heat oil add cumin & green chili in it... cook it for 2-3 min after it get soft, grined it in mixser... your chatani is ready to eat....

Bangada fish pickle recipe ( Cuisine Indian )

Ingredients:- 7-8 bangada fish, 15-20 garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 tbsp corindar, 1/2 tsp jeera, 20-25 dry chili,  6 tbsp  oil, turmeric,  2 onion, 3-4 tsp vinegar.

                       Clean the bangada & cut in two piece. add salt in the bangada and live it for sometime. after 2 hour add turmeric on it and fry bangada fish.

now take  2tbsp oil, heat the oil add curry leaves, 2 onion when onion get red  in colour add all spicy in the mixer grinder make  a past. now add vinegar & salt in it. after sometime add bangada in it. cook it for 20 min. bangada fish  pickel is ready to eat...

Punjabi pickle recipe ( Indian recipe)

Ingredients :- 2 kg unripe mango, 1/2 kg jaggery, 8-10 clove, 2 inch cinnamom, 2 tbsp seal, 8-10 cardamom, 10-15 black pepar, 2 tbsp fennel seeds ( sauf), 2 tbsp shehjire take all spicy & make a powdar of it.

masal for pickel :-  50 gm ginger, 50 gm garlic, 1 tbsp red chili powdar,  1/4 tbsp sodium benzoate, 2 tsp acidic acid.

                        cut unripe mangoes in loang or square pieces, take cloth put unrioe mangoes on it. make a bunch of clothes. boiled water & when water get boiled add a bunch of cloth (unripe mangoes which we add in cloth), when unripe mangoes get cook open it from clothes, make it cool. after cooling unripe mangoes add acidic acid, sodium benzoate in it,. pickle is ready to eat.

Mix vegetable pickle ( Indian pickle)

Ingredients:- 2 cup cauliflower  piece, 2 cup carrot piece, 1/2 cup green peas, 1/2 chickpea, 1 inch ginger fine chopped, 2 inch turmeric fine chopped, 10 garlic, 2 tsp red chili powdar, 4 tsp seal, turmerick, salt, sugar, mix it all. 3 lemon.

                              take cauliflower, carrot, green peas, ripe turmeric, garlic mix it all. add seal seeds, make a powdar of it. also add red chili powdar, salt, sugar mix it all. heat oil & asafoetida ( himg), and seal in oil add lemon juice on it. your pickle is ready to eat.

Chili pickle recipe ( Indian recipe)

 Ingredients:- 1/4 kg green chili, oil, seal (mohari), 1/2 cup pules, salt, 1 cup turmeric, 1/2 cup tamarind puree, garam masal , sesame seeds powdar.

                       heat oil add chill in it. cook chili for sometime, now add tamarind puree stir it well, after 10 min add turmeric salt, sesame seeds powdar. add littel bit garam masala  stir it well and off the flame. your chili pickle is ready to eat.

 Ingredients:-   25 lemon, 4 tsbp seal powder, 2 tsp fenugreek (methi), 1 tbsp turmeric, 2 tbsp asafoetida, 2 cup red chili powder,1/2 tsp sodium benzoate 

                               Take 1/2 cup oil add  fenugreek (methi seeds) fry it & make a powder of it.add asafoetida (hing), in the oil, turn off  the flame. add 1/2 turmeric in it. add red chili stie well. take lemon and cut it in 8-8 pieces. add seal powdar, sugar, salt mix it well. add lemon pieces in it,mix it. add this mixture in a jar add 1 tsp salt, also add sodium benzoate. Your lemon pickle is ready to eat...

Raw Tomato Pickle recipe (Indian recipe)

 Ingredients :- 250 gm raw tomato, 1 big onion well chopped, 1 big apple (juice of apple), 1 tsp mint leaves, 10-12 big green chill fine chopped, 1/4 cup vinegar,1/4 tsp cinamom, clove (laung), 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil.

                                   take a pan, heat oil & add onion cook it still get pinkish. add tomato, & apple in it. cook it, till it get soft, after that add all ingredients in it. add sugar mix it well. cook it nicely. do not remain any water in it, after the mixture get cooled. fill it in a jar. your pickle is ready to eat.

Chicken Paneer Masal ( Punjabi Recipe)

 Ingredients:- 1/2 kg chicken, 2 tomato, 1 cup curd, 4-5 almond, 4-5 chaswnut, 1 tsp cumin, coriandar, fennel seeds (sauf), 4-5 red chilli, 1 tbsp ginger past, 4 cardamom & 2 spicy cardamom, 3 clove, 2 tbsp coconut flakes, 100 gm paneer, 2 big size onion, 1/2 tsp salt.

                             take chasw nut, , almond, chilli, onion make a past of it.take fennel seeds (sauf), cumin, coriandar, cardamom, make powder of it. take crushed paneer.. 

take chicken and fry it, in pan. when chicken get fry nicely, expel it out. now in pan put chopped onion in it, cook it till onion get pinkish  , add chopped tomato in it for 14-20 min after sometimes when oil get separated in it. add all the spices, also ginger past, and paneer in it. stir it well, during  stirring the mixture add curd and 2 cup of water , salt in it. after 5 min add chicken in it. cooked it for sometime. when chicken get cooked properly turn off the flame.. Your chicken paneer masal is ready to eat...

Paneer butter masala (Best Indian Cuisine)

 Ingredients:- 250 gm paneer, 4 tomato, 3 onion, 1 inch ginger, 3 green chilli, 2 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1tsp coriander, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chiili powder, 7-8 cashew nut, 4 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup butter.                      

                                 boiled tomato first for 5 min sieve it.. now take coriander, cumin, ginger, chilli, onion, cashew nut, make a past of it. take a pan heat oil, when oil get hot add bay leaf & chopped onion in it. when onion get brown ,add all spicy & past in it. add salt, red chilli powder and 1/2 cup hot water also add some butter in it. cook it for sometimes now, add square size piece of paneer in it, cook for 5-10 min. Now your butter paneer is ready to eat...

Punjabi carrot pickle recipe ( Indian recipe)

Ingredients:- 3 medium size carrot, 1 medium size cauliflower, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup red chill, 1tbsp turmeric, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup jaggery.

                        cut carrot 4-6 pieces. cut cauliflower in medium size add red chilli, salt, turmeric in it. also add carrot in it.  stir it well. heat vinegar in low flame. when vinegar get hot add jaggery in it. when jaggery get melted, turn off the flame, after cooling it. add all vegetable & mix it well. fill it in a jar.. your pickle is ready to serve...

Vegetable mix pickle recipe (Indian recipes)

 Ingredients:- 200 gm cauliflower,50 gm cluster bean (guar), 50gm beans, 50 gm cucumber, 50 gm ginger, 10 gm fresh turmeric, 15 fresh green chill.

                               all vegetable cut in same size. cluster bean(guar), green chill, put separately . ginger & turmeric cut thin size. do not cut it very smell. all vegetable are put in salted water for 12 an hour or for over night. in the morning wash this vegetable with cool water . now, dry all  the vegetable with the help of cloth. heat the vinegar ,put sugar on it. now add all vegetable on it. fill all mixture in jar. your vegetable pickle is ready to eat.

Beetroot pickle recipe (Indian recipe)

 Ingredients :- 250 gm fresh beetroot, 250 gm spicy vinegar 

                          cut beetroot in thick size, take 1 liter water and add salt in it. boiled it. add beetroot & cook it till soft. Remove water from beetroot.

Tastey Banana Paratha Recipe

 Ingredients :- 2 ripe banana, 3 tsp rice flour, 2 green chill fine chooped or 1/2 tsp mirepood, salt, 1/2 cup butter, 2 tsp sugar , 1 cup coconut, oil, 3/4 cup semolina, 3 tsp  maida flour, 1tsp pules flour, ghee.

                          take banana smash it add sugar on it. add all the ingredints remains ghee in it. let it for some time then make paratha of it...

Onion Paratha Recipe

 Ingredients :- 3 cup wheat flour, 3 onion well chopped, 1 cup ghee, 3 tsp garam masala.

                           Take chopped onion & fry it till the onion trun in pinksh coloured . Now take wheat flour add chopped onion, salt, garam masala mix it well and make a dough.. make paratha of it...serve it with curd..

Banana Roti Recipe

 Ingredints:- 2 cup Jowar flour, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp ghee, 1 cup Jaggery, 1/4 cup salt, 4 tsp cream

                           take water add jaggery on it.. when jaggery melted in water. filter water and add jowar flour, cumin, salt, ghee, cream mix it well & make dough..

make a roti and serve it with butter or ghee...

Custard Apple Spicy Puri Recipe

Ingredinets:- 2 Ripe custard apple, 2 cup wheat flour, 3 green chill, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp asafoetida, oil. 

                         Take custard apple and remove it's seed & filterd it. take chill, asafoetida, salt in a mixser grinder and add this mixture in 1/4 cup of water. add custard apple in the water also add wheat flour in it. make a dough of the mixture, live it for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2  an hour make puri of it....

-Ingredients :- 1/2 rice,1/2cup semolina,  onion fine chopped,  cup coconut,  curry leaves,cup curd, salt to tast.

                       chopped curry leaes and chill.. take all 3 flour add chopped onion, green chill, curry leaves make a dough.. If the mixture dry add 1 tsp curd in it. now, make a chapati in low flame..

Trun off the flame and cool it. After cooling the mixture make roti of it...

Potato's Sweet Roti Recipe

Ingredients :- 400 gm Potatos, 1/2 coconut, 400 gm sugar, 5-6 cashew nut,1/4 tsp cardamom powder,

                        100 gm butter or ghee, saffron (if need),3 cup maida(refined flour white flour) or wheat flour, 1 pinch salt, 6 tsp oil. 

                             Boiled potato first. take boiled potato and cut it, also smash it. take coconut powder, take sugar add 1/2 cup of water & boiled it. when sugar get melted add coconut  flakes in it...after sometimes add smash potato stir it well. when the mixture get thick  add saffron,2 tsp butter or ghee, cardamom powder stir it well. now turn off flame & cool the mixture. after cooling the mixture. put it in the mixer grinder & grinde it well..now, make a dough of it. make smell chapati stuff or fill boiled potato in it and make a chapati... Serve it with butter or ghee..

                              Take 2 cup of water add jaggery in it and cook it. when water get boiled add coconut powder, wheat flour or jowar flour,stir it well. also add cardamom powder in it. when mixture get cool, make dough  and make roti of it.. now sweet roti is ready to serve.. serve it with lemon pickel....
