Chicken Paneer Masal ( Punjabi Recipe)

 Ingredients:- 1/2 kg chicken, 2 tomato, 1 cup curd, 4-5 almond, 4-5 chaswnut, 1 tsp cumin, coriandar, fennel seeds (sauf), 4-5 red chilli, 1 tbsp ginger past, 4 cardamom & 2 spicy cardamom, 3 clove, 2 tbsp coconut flakes, 100 gm paneer, 2 big size onion, 1/2 tsp salt.

                             take chasw nut, , almond, chilli, onion make a past of it.take fennel seeds (sauf), cumin, coriandar, cardamom, make powder of it. take crushed paneer.. 

take chicken and fry it, in pan. when chicken get fry nicely, expel it out. now in pan put chopped onion in it, cook it till onion get pinkish  , add chopped tomato in it for 14-20 min after sometimes when oil get separated in it. add all the spices, also ginger past, and paneer in it. stir it well, during  stirring the mixture add curd and 2 cup of water , salt in it. after 5 min add chicken in it. cooked it for sometime. when chicken get cooked properly turn off the flame.. Your chicken paneer masal is ready to eat...
