Bangada fish pickle recipe ( Cuisine Indian )

Ingredients:- 7-8 bangada fish, 15-20 garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 tbsp corindar, 1/2 tsp jeera, 20-25 dry chili,  6 tbsp  oil, turmeric,  2 onion, 3-4 tsp vinegar.

                       Clean the bangada & cut in two piece. add salt in the bangada and live it for sometime. after 2 hour add turmeric on it and fry bangada fish.

now take  2tbsp oil, heat the oil add curry leaves, 2 onion when onion get red  in colour add all spicy in the mixer grinder make  a past. now add vinegar & salt in it. after sometime add bangada in it. cook it for 20 min. bangada fish  pickel is ready to eat...
