Punjabi pickle recipe ( Indian recipe)

Ingredients :- 2 kg unripe mango, 1/2 kg jaggery, 8-10 clove, 2 inch cinnamom, 2 tbsp seal, 8-10 cardamom, 10-15 black pepar, 2 tbsp fennel seeds ( sauf), 2 tbsp shehjire take all spicy & make a powdar of it.

masal for pickel :-  50 gm ginger, 50 gm garlic, 1 tbsp red chili powdar,  1/4 tbsp sodium benzoate, 2 tsp acidic acid.

                        cut unripe mangoes in loang or square pieces, take cloth put unrioe mangoes on it. make a bunch of clothes. boiled water & when water get boiled add a bunch of cloth (unripe mangoes which we add in cloth), when unripe mangoes get cook open it from clothes, make it cool. after cooling unripe mangoes add acidic acid, sodium benzoate in it,. pickle is ready to eat.
