Punjabi carrot pickle recipe ( Indian recipe)

Ingredients:- 3 medium size carrot, 1 medium size cauliflower, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup red chill, 1tbsp turmeric, 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup jaggery.

                        cut carrot 4-6 pieces. cut cauliflower in medium size add red chilli, salt, turmeric in it. also add carrot in it.  stir it well. heat vinegar in low flame. when vinegar get hot add jaggery in it. when jaggery get melted, turn off the flame, after cooling it. add all vegetable & mix it well. fill it in a jar.. your pickle is ready to serve...
