Beetroot pickle recipe (Indian recipe)

 Ingredients :- 250 gm fresh beetroot, 250 gm spicy vinegar 

                          cut beetroot in thick size, take 1 liter water and add salt in it. boiled it. add beetroot & cook it till soft. Remove water from beetroot. 

                              beetroot pickle is ready to eat....

                                              enjoy testy pickle and serve happiness..😋
