Spicy egg rassa

Ingredients :-  4egg, 1 cup chooped onion, 1/2 cup coconut flask, 10-12 garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 1/4 chopped corindar leaves, salt, turmeric, oil.

      For gravy:- 1/4 cup corindar, 4 clove, 4 black paper, 1/2 tsp sauf, 4 cinnamom, 2-3 cardmom, 1 bay leaf, 8-10  red chili powder,1/2 tsp shahajeere.

                       add oil on pan add onion cook it well, when onion get pink. add coconut flask stir it for sometime. now, take all ingredients ( gravy ) & grind it well. take pan add chopped onion in it, when it get cook and gravy past in it. cook it for 10-20 min add turmeric, salt, water when it get boiled add boiled egg in it. cook for few min, turn off flame. decorate with corindar. serve it.
