Rice masala (Indian recipes)

                                                            A) Pulaw masala
 Ingredients:- 5-6 clove. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tbsp shahajeere. 5 bay leaf, 10 black pepper, 2 pieces cinnamom.
  take all ingredients and make a fine powder of it, or you can use all ingredients as it is.

                                                            B) Biryani masala
Ingredients:- 4 onion, 1 cup gralic, 1/2 inche ginger, 2 green chili, 1 cinnamom, 4 clove. 4 cardamom, 2 tsp cumin, mint leaves, coriander.
 take all ingredients and make a powder of it. fry onion & use for decoration.

                                                      C) Masala rice
 Ingredients:- 1 tsp coriandar, 1 tsp cumin, 5 clove, 1 inche cinnamom, 1 tsp shahajeere, 10 red chili.
  take all ingredients & shallow fry it. then make powder of it...

                                                     D) Khichadi masala
 Ingredients:- 2 tsp corindar, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp shahajeere.
 take all ingredients make powder of it. 


                                                     E) amati masala 
Ingredients:- 2 clove, 1 inch cinnamom, 1 inch coconut, turmeric.
 take all ingredients make a fine past of it....

                                                     F) dal makhani
 Ingredients:- 1 cup urad dal, 1/2 cup rajma, 1 onoin, 1 rad chili, 1/2 inch ginger, butter, cream, ghee, red chili powdar, tomato puree. 
 fry ured dal first, take rajma ured dal in cooker, cook it.
take onion & butter in pan, fry it. add red chili powder, ginger in it. add 2 tsp cream, ghee, salt & tomato puree in it...
