1) Bangali masala
Ingredients:- 1 tsp black mustard, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp black seeds ( kalanji), 1 tsp black paper, 1/2 tsp fenugreck( methi seeds), 1/2 tsp fennel seeds.
take all ingredients & make powder of it. you can use it to all type of vegetable.
2) Kashmiri masal
Ingredients:- 2 cardamom, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp shahajeere, 4 inch cinnamom, 10 clove, 1 black paper, 1 nutmeg.
take all ingredients and make a powder of it.
3) Keral masala
Ingredients:- 1 tsp fenugreek (methi seeds), 1 turmeric,1/2 inche ginger, 10 mint leaves, corindar, 10-12 garlic, 3 clove,2 cardamom.
take all ingredients make powder of it...
4) Punjabi masala
Ingredients:- 1/2 ginger, 10-12 garlic, 2 clove, 1 inch cinnamom, 1 cardamom, 1 onion crueshed
take all ingredients & make powder of it. take crushed onion and fry it in, pan with ghee & cook it, till it can be pink.
5) Kolhapuri masala
Ingredients:- 150 gm red chili, 2 onion, 10-15 gralic, 2 turmeric, 3 cup corindar seeds, 4 inch cinnamom, 1 tsp clove, 1tsp shahajeere, 10 cardimom, 8-10 bay leaf, 10 snooty(dagadphul), 5 gm asafetida (hing), 5 gm til.
take all ingredients and make powdar of it..
