Spicy bangda

 Ingredients:- 3 bangda, coconut flask, 2 green chili fine chopped, 5-7 triphala, 1tsp garam masala, oil, 3-4 amsul.

        take bangda add salt & live it, for 20 min, after 20 min wash it. take coconut flask & fry it and make past of it. take pan add oil on it. add chopped onion cook it till, it get pink. add bangda on it. cook it for 2 min. after 2min  add coconut past, green chili, salt, garam masala, amsul, triphala cook it for 10-12 min.. spicy bangda is ready to eat....
